The Seibukai Council directs the entire organization and forms ad hoc committees for the duration of its activity to ensure operational efficiency.

INTERNATIONAL COMMITTEE OF SEIBUKAI

Appointed by the Council of the organization and is the body that participates in the development policy of the Seibukai organization in the world.

It includes:
